Taxes: No prize package or part of a prize package valued at $600 or more
will be issued until the winner provides Tunabite with the needed tax
information for a 1099.
In the event that the winner fails to supply Tunabite this information before
01/01/2009 they will forfeit the prize.
Trip: In order to travel outside the USA you must have a valid passport.
In order for us to book your trip accurately we need a photocopy of your
passport.
If you choose not to issue us a copy we will still book your trip for you with
the information you provide. However, in this circumstance we will not be
responsible
for any spelling or other mistakes. Name changes and or spelling corrections
can create extra expenses in excess of $450 for each correction. These expenses
will be your responsibility. Once the trip is booked, it cannot be canceled. In
other words use it or lose it.
Shipping: Gift certificates & Cash prize checks will be mailed to
the winner at Tunabite’s expense.
Winners of all other prizes must make arraignments to pick up their prize or
pay the actual cost to ship their prize to them.
Any prize not claimed by January 01, 2009 becomes the property of Tunabite.com
and will be added to our 2009 tournament.
First place estimated value if trip is chosen: $3,900.
Total entry fees collected: $4,100.
Total prize payout including the trip: $6,083.00
