The tournament starts at 12.01 AM July 31, 2009 and will run for 4 weeks and 5 weekends. The last day to fish will be Sunday August 30, 2009 with a final weigh in closing on Monday August 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM. Each boat is eligible to fish as many of the days as they choose.

Further, Participant acknowledges that the decision to launch or leave the dock is a decision that can only be made by each participant and captain of each boat intending to fish in the derby. A decision by the organizers of the derby to allow such derby to take place does not in any way indicate or guarantee the safety of the conditions of the event or the area in which the derby is held.
